Description & Features
SE100 is a chemical additive which can creates micro-level roughness with a high density of roughed particles.
Application:
- Use in surface treatment prior to D/F lamination of PCB’s inner layer and FPCB.
- Use in surface treatment prior to OSP, ENIG, Silver imersion, Tin imersion,..
Feature:
- The surface after treatment is clean, bright, not affect by color in film scanning by LDI
- Increase the adhesion of DFR, minimize the “Open” error due to DF peel-off, especially when the width and distance of copper line are short (below 50µm)
- Increase the bonding of OSP, gold, silver, tin layer with copper surface
