OSP-99 belongs to Benzimidazole-based OSP series.
OSP-99 FORMS AN ORGANIC PROTECTIVE COATING WITH:
- Thickness in range of 0.2 ~ 0.5µm
- Moderate heat resistance, no color change is happened after 1 Reflow cycle.
- Storage time: 6 ~ 12 months.
- High compatibilitty with Tin soldering: 100% Tin solderability after 2 Reflow times
- Suitable for both everyday and single side PCB.
- Selective capability is not available.
