OSP-F2 FORMS AN ORGANIC PROTECTIVE COATING WITH:
- Form an organic coating on PCB surface with 0.15 ~ 0.3 µm thickness
- Moderate heat resistance, no color change is happened even after 3 Reflow cycles.
- Storage time: 6 months.
- High compatibility with Tin soldering : 100% Tin solderability after 3 Reflow times
- Suitable for both everyday and high-end products, targeting customers who are accustomed to using similar Japanese products.
- Selective capability is not available.
