Description & Features
CZ – 1000 Series are organic-based chemicals used in Surface Treatment which required ultra-high roughness output copper surface.
- Very common for Chinese manufacturer
- Contain Halogen
- Etching rate maintained: 0.8 ~ 1.5µm
- Ra index (Roughness): 0.3 ~ 0.5µm
CZ – 1000A is used as Make-up chemical while CZ – 1000B works as Dosing one
The roughened structure of output surface: pointed like mountain peak, increases the adhesion of the Solder mask.
Output surface has dark red appearance
