Description & Features
CZ – 3000 Series are inorganic-based chemicals used in Surface Treatment which required ultra-high roughness output copper surface.
- Compliance with Halogen – free standard
- Etching rate maintained: 0.8 ~ 1.5µm
- Ra index (Roughness): 0.3 ~ 0.6µm
- Output surface has dark red appearance
- Inexpensive cost
- The roughened structure of output surface: cavity shaped, frog’s mouth shaped, anchor shaped, increases the adhesion of the Solder mask.
CZ – 3000A is used as Make-up chemical while CZ – 3000B works as Dosing one.
