OSP – 1000 belongs to Benzimidazole-based OSP series.
OSP – 1000 FORMS AN ORGANIC PROTECTIVE COATING WITH:
- Thickness in range of 0.2 ~ 0.5µm
- Moderate heat resistance, no color change is happened after 5 Reflow cycle.
- Storage time: 6 ~ 12 months.
- High compatibilitty with Tin soldering: 98 ~ 100% Tin solderability after 5 Reflow times
- Suitable for aerospace application.
- Selective capability is available if there’s a predip step.
