OSP-600 belongs to Benzimidazole-based OSP series.
OSP-600 FORMS AN ORGANIC PROTECTIVE COATING WITH:
- Thickness in range of 0.2 ~ 0.5µm
- Quite good heat resistance, no color change is happened after 3 Reflow cycle.
- Storage time: 6 ~ 12 months.
- High compatibilitty with Tin soldering: 98 ~ 100% Tin solderability after 4 Reflow times
- Suitable for automotive and telecommunication application.
- Selective capability is not available.
