SE1000 is chemical use in surface treatment that creates moderate roughness, suitable for surface treatment prior to Soldermask step or D/F lamination for middle layer.
Base on H2SO4 (SE1000) / H2O2, the etching rate should be maintained in range of 0.5 ~ 1.5µm.
Bring about an appearance with uniform color and high density of roughed particles.
