Description & Features
ST-100 is chemical additive based on Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) and Amine.
ST-100 removes hardened photoresist and adhesive quickly in Stripping process of D.E.S line or S.E.S line
Operating parameters:
- Concentration: 5 ~ 10% (7%)
- Temperature: 48 ~ 52 Celcius Degree
Apply for PCB that the DFR thickness is below 50µm.
