Description & Features
DE300 is chemical use in removing the unhardened photoresist in D.E.S line
Operating parameters:
- pH : 10.0 ~ 11.5
- Concentration: 0.8 ~ 1.3% (1.0%)
- Temperature: 30 ~ 35 Celcius degree
Features:
- Removes DFR and tape quickly and cleanly. Does not create jagged edge.
- Less residue formation, preventing filter and spray nozzle from being clogged
- Longer operation cycle (5 ~ 10 days), in comparison with using Na2CO3 flakes only (1 day)
In developing process, foam appearing is common, therefore, using anti foamer is recommended
